Alarm Dealer

I had installed the alarm and camera through Alarm Dealer. The contract was negotiated with the manager Aisha for parts and labour 3 years. I have the signed agreement from the technician. My camera stopped working and i had called for service. She was very rude and said the labour cost is $75 and the warranty expired after 1 year. Told her i had the proof of document it was amended for 3. She claims the documents is fake although the signature on agreement and installation are the same. Later agreed to send technician to have camera checked out. I had contacted to office to make a complaint to the owner Stan. Aisha called back upset that i was making a complaint and cancelled the service request. i have sent it to Better Business Bureau. Worst company to deal with.

We've been a client of Alarmdealer since 2015 and had the pleasure of dealing with Stan. Stan was instrumental in assisting us with choosing the right product for our home. He went over and beyond to ensure that we received the best service possible. We were impressed to see someone so dedicated to their work which is a very rare occurrence in most service industries today. As well, Mike from Customer Service is so pleasant to deal with!

Hired Alarmdealer.ca to install cameras at our place of business. Stan the owner did the install. The wiring was left very untidy. The quality of the cameras were poor and not as explained. Eventually the low quality dvr system stopped working. It was impossible to try and have them replace it. They eventually did after numerous phone calls, email and Stan being very aggressive on the phone. I was never explained how to connect to cameras remotely. I have been trying to get an answer with no response. When I finally did get a response, it was from Stan whom said I was out of warranty a year ago. I responded indicating based on my contract I have 1 year left on my warranty. They he responded well the online connection warranty is only valid for 60 days. Contradicting statements. I just want to know how to connect. I would advise against using this company based on my experience.

I was very happy with the service of technicians. It is he best deal on the market. I got 2 cameras for free with DVR with free installation.

Got an 8 camera system installed in my place of business by Alarmdealer. I received a quote from Stan and accepted it and that was the total cost for the whole installation without any extra surprise fees. Stan and his assistant completed the project on schedule and was prompt on answering questions regarding the operation of the DVR system and helping me set up remote viewing of the cameras from my home PC and on my Android cell phone. Although Stan did not always pickup his phone when I called, he was always prompt on returning my phone calls and address my inquires. Overall a great experience at a great price which I would strongly recommend.

I picked this company after meeting Alan and getting strong assurance that the service didn't end once the cameras were installed. the team was quick to get the cameras up and running and equally quick to take my money. as soon as they were paid the level of service dropped off and i had the chase them to help me work the software even when i had the police looking for footage. when they decide to call back after weeks of trying to track them down they don't have time or are not in front of a computer to be able to help out. in addition, the quality of the footage and replay functions are so poor that the cameras are essentially worthless. this is a real amateur business but the real joke is on me for buying their sales pitch. be warned.
