I worked with Alan and the team at Envision Custom Renovations to transform my bungalow that hadn't been touched since the 60s into a modern, cozy space. This involved new windows, furnace, water tank, electrical, a wall removal, a full kitchen-appliance shuffle, a chimney removal and all manner of aesthetic updates; it was basically down to the studs when the Envision crew entered the scene. They did a wonderful job and their communication made me feel certain that the work was being done to the highest standards. Any issues that did arise were well communicated and solutions presented so that we could move forward. I am beyond delighted with my new, old home after a year of living in it in all it's glory and would absolutely recommend Alan, Francesca, Joelle and the whole Envision crew for future projects.

Rick and the Envision team, from their designers to their tradesmen were wonderful to deal with. They were professional, knowledgeable and their expertise in helping us figure out what we needed and what we wanted was invaluable! They were quick, clean, talented and very personable people to deal with. We would definitely recommend Envision to anyone wanting to do renovations or upgrades on their house. We would use this company again in a heartbeat!

It all started with the shower leaking, yes we could have just repaired
the leak but to do so would require a complete rebuild of the shower so...

We looked at various suppliers to determine what styles where available
and what defined what we liked. At the Home Show we asked three supplies
to bid. Envision's quote stood out from the rest, it was thorough and
complete, nothing was missed and it showed that Envision knew their
business. So it was an easy choice to go with Envision. We were given a
list of suppliers to make our choices for the en-suite. But the tile we
wanted only came from a different supplier. No troubles, Envision added
them to their list of suppliers. We were issued a detailed construction
itinerary complete with payment schedule. The work and the payments
proceeded on schedule even though Christmas was in the middle. We
finished on time and on budget.

Hey, it’s a renovation - stuff happened. But whenever there was a issue,
it was professionally handled and dealt with to our complete
satisfaction with no extra costs. The Builder-Trend program was a
brilliant communication tool that kept everyone informed and current.

Rob who did the tile work and Jesse who did the mudding deserve special mention
for their craftsmanship, their work is simply beautiful. Everyone was a
complete pleasure to work with and everyone was completely honest and
direct, nothing was hidden.

So bottom line, would we use Envision again? Yes; in a heartbeat!

Full basement renovation from an unfinished basement to fully finished. Included the addition of a bathroom, bedroom, laundry closet and common room. They did a good job and any mistakes were dealt with in a professional manner.

In the spring of 2019 we hired Envision Custom Renovations to transform our dated kitchen into a new contemporary space.  Our experience through the process from design, construction to finish was very positive.  The Envision team was responsive, professional and delivered a high quality renovation that was second to none.  Our new kitchen has lived up to our expectations and has surely transformed our Chaparral home.  We would highly recommend Envision Custom Renovations to anyone who aspires to create a unique living space.

Al and his team were very professional and thorough through the whole job. They provided excellent feedback through the selections, and were very accommodating to changes or last minute requests we had through the entire project. All sub-contractors they used were very approachable and professional. The quality of work is second to none, and we wouldn't hesitate to call them again for another renovation!

Al and his crew at Envision gave me the kitchen I envisioned! I knew pretty much what I wanted but they made it a reality solving all my concerns. I now have a very efficient and good looking kitchen. The work was always done professionally with a first class result. Communication and follow up are rated 5 stars.

The work was top quality and completed on time. I was delighted with the design that they came up with and the quality of the materials. They were extremely professional throughout the whole process.

Replacing 8 windows & a door. Removing old door & closet to open up kitchen. Installing patio door & custom cabinet in kitchen. All work done on schedule and within budget. Everyone on the job was easy to work with.

The contractor, the project manager and the administrator worked as a team. Communication been the team and my husband and I was great. We knew what we needed to do well ahead of when our decisions needed to be final ones. We knew what was happening every step of the way. The budget was clear from the outset and we knew when the payments were due.
The project manager's creative solutions to some of our concerns were terrific and have made the house truly better than we could have imagined.
The workmanship in all aspects was excellent. This included taking the ceilings down on the main floor, replacing them, having the attic prepared for new insulation which was properly done; upgrading all electrical work on the main floor; doing work with this reno that is preparatory for renovating 2 bathrooms in the future; and then creating the main floor that is shown in the attached pictures. From our perspective all of the subcontractors were good and if the contractor did not like what was done, it was done again.
We had every confidence in the work.
The most important aspect for us was communication, I have already said. We look forward to working with Envision Custom Renovations again.
