We always joke about used car sales people as having a terrible reputation, I now add movers to this group as well. Hey united Van Lines, What did you do with all my missing and broken stuff? We worked very hard for the nearly 15k we paid you, and for what? To be treated as a very UNvaluable client?? Maybe its a dream, perhaps we were duped. There are many movers out there, next move for ourselves, friends and family, it will NOT be with you.

I contacted the associated company in Victoria almost 3 weeks in advance. I hade to wait a week sleeping on a blow up mattress without a chair to sit on. They told me the movers would contact me and I never heard from them. I’ve moved many times but this was definitely the WORST experience I’ve ever had!!!!
I advise you to go with another moving company!!!!

We had a great experience with United Van Lines, Campbell Brothers affiliation. They moved is across country and were so careful with our household goods, both in the packing and unpacking of the van. Randy was our mover and he was amazing. 30 plus years in the business, and you could see why. Very trustworthy, careful and kept us posted throughout the move...even as he was on the road. Definitely recommend these guys!!

Used an affiliate, Williams Bros, for my Feb 28/14. Travelling distance was 7 minutes. They scatched furniture, damaged TV beyond repair, damaged walls, and damaged Barbecue beyond repair. Claims dept replaced TV with an unlike model, and not much else. I had purchased their extra insurance, but apparently that did not help. Would definitely NOT recommend putting your trust with this company.
