Sina Deck Staining

In May 2023 we signed a contract with Sam to paint the outside of our house. The job was to be completed by Sept. or Oct. In retrospect we gave him too much money ahead of time but we trusted him to finish the job. He delayed until November when he did some of the painting but then it got too cold and he said he would come back in the Spring to complete the work. I called him in June to come and finish the painting but he delayed and delayed and finally said he would come in August. When I called again he said he was not going to finish painting the house but would send me an invoice for the balance. Why would I pay him when he did not finish painting? He also did not do a very good job on what he had done. He used the wrong paint.
From other postings I can see that this is a pattern that he follows. He takes people's money and either does a poor job or an incomplete job. Sam cannot be trusted . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
