My wife and I had been talking to various contractors about our backyard dreams for a week or so, and we asked Trevor to come by and take a look. Right from the moment he set foot on the property he was professional, and made our concerns his priority. What impressed us most was his ability to listen to our check list of wants and apply them to practical solutions in the design, both from a cost perspective and a functionality point of view.
Once the quote and design came in, Trevor and I discussed several options for the details and where best to spend the budget, and the entire time there was never a pressure to spend more or do what he thought might be best - he presented options with clear explanations and let us make the choices.
When work started Trevor and his right hand man Alberto walked our whole family through the process and timeline of the job - what they were going to be doing and why - I can't stress how refreshing this was. The work itself is amazing. The thought and care to making sure no corners were cut in the process really speaks volumes to the type of company Little Landscapes is and the type of people Trevor and his staff are. Trevor showed up everyday on time, and if it was a rain day he'd email me and say we're not going to work today, but I'll be by to check drainage - that's a pro.
Coming home every evening and seeing progress was so great, and anytime I had a question or a thought of changing a detail to something different, Trevor always took the time to talk with me about it, the impact it had on the project - budget, time and quality but was never negative about it.
For the 14 days they were on our property it was a great experience - from the customer service, to the craftsmanship, to the personalities - everything about Little Landscapes is top shelf. We now sit in our backyard, let the kids play and to be honest it doesn't even feel like our place - it feel like we're on vacation. They became heroes to my toddler, who to this day, still asks if Trevor, Alberto and the Bobcat are coming to play in his backyard.
