In my preliminary discussion with 4 contractors about my bathroom renovation job, Chris, owner of Fresh Look Home Innovations, proved himself as an ideal professional for the job, came as scheduled, paid attention to what we would like to do in our renovation job and he explained how he would remodel the bathroom to our utmost satisfaction. At the outset he mentioned how he would like to be paid in the event we awarding him the renovation job, i.e. 10% + 40% at the commencement of the job and the balance at the end. Heaving heard and read about nasty experience of people paying such a big amount at the beginning, I was little reluctant BUT his personality, mannerism and previous reviews made me to believe that he would stand by his word. Due to the above facts we hired him for our bathroom renovation job.

Our renovation job included: to demolish the existing tub and replace it with walk in shower with sliding glass door; to tile shower wall, bathroom floor; to separate ensuite bathroom from the powder room by removing the existing door and separating it by a wall; to remove a bulkhead in order to install an overhead shower system and a light in shower stall, install vanities and the plumbing jobs associated to the washrooms.

He was very methodical in his work, at the end of day’s work he made it sure to clear and clean the work area from dirt and dust i.e. going to the extent of mopping the floors. He did the contracted job within the projected time limit and indeed was cost effective. While the work was in progress we noticed couple of things that did not come out the way we expected and when we discussed about it, he willingly accepted and made necessary changes as we requested to satisfy our concern. Indeed, he is a competent, reliable and trustworthy contractor, with superb skills at many trades as our work included plumbing, electrical and flooring and painting. He did an excellent job and our renovated bathroom and powder room now look amazing. I will never hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is looking for bathroom renovation job.

I had bought a vanity, mirror, faucet & toilet from a local store and was going to use their install service but wasn't impressed by the subcontractor. I had previously hired Chris (of Fresh Look) before to paint my condo & he did an excellent job so I contacted him & arranged for him to replace the vanity & toilet, repair the drywall, and paint the bathroom. His fees were very reasonable
I was so pleased with the bathroom renovation that I hired Chris again to do some other jobs for me: wallpapering & installing electrical light fixtures. He replaced some plumbing needed to be done & picked up the necessary parts for me. He really tries to please the customer and also cleans up after the job. I would highly recommend Chris for bathroom renovations, painting, and other related jobs.

I upgraded my kitchen and the only thing outstanding was backsplash. Chris was my installer and have to say how impressed I was with his service and attention to detail. I ordered backsplash tiles and unfortunately the delivery of them was delayed. To ensurey timelines weren't delayed, Chris offered to pick up the tiles from the store and get started on the installation. He would update me daily on the progress and communicate any questions before proceeding. He was very meticulous with the installation, making sure that not only were the tiles installed perfectly, but he also cleaned the workspace, swept the floor and made sure everything was where it should be. I've never had someone install something that was so focused on not only the job but making sure that the customer was pleased about the overall outcome.

I can't forget to mention that Chris was always punctual, worked each day with a great sense of humour and continued working (no matter the hours) until the job was done.

We recently had our entire basement finished by Chris. This involved layout and design, electrical work, dry walling, painting, and a full bathroom with a custom made shower. Chris is an exceptionally clean worker and went above and beyond to keep our house clean during this renovation. He was very honest with costs and timing too, which made this process so much easier. We have a beautiful, dry and warm basement now with an incredible bathroom. We use this space for guests, for our teenage daughter to hang out with her friends, for family fun with the Ping pong table and dart board Chris hung for us and a custom made craft/sewing room. The quality of Chris's work was fantastic and we've had him return to do other jobs for us too in the kitchen, bathrooms, custom closet shelving and even installing a garage door opener. Great work, CLEAN, punctual and honest!

I was very pleased with the work Chris did in my home. His attention to detail is second to none. He replaced the flooring in my front hall & kitchen & installed a new countertop plus a number of other small jobs to make the update on my kitchen complete. I was impressed with how clean Chris kept things even in the middle of demolition & valued his advice & opinion to ensure I had the best quality materials for the job.

I hired Chris for two of my properties. One in Burlington and the other in Milton. He Sanded and painted the porch and backyard deck. Changed the piping and replaced a vanity sink in one of the bathrooms. Replaced closet doors. Filled up holes in drywall and painted the whole house. Changed fixtures all over the house. Fixed and cleaned eavesdrop and replaced shingles on the roof. Revamped the lawn. Oh, and electric work. Anyway, a lot of other jobs on both properties that were carried out efficiently, timely and with very reasonable prices. He is easy to get in touch with and answer any questions you may have and explain to you what everything is and what needs doing. Considering I do not or rather did not know much about anything about most of the intricacy of houses, I learned a lot from Chris. Anyway, he is the guy for the job whatever it may be. Most importantly he is a man of his word.

Chris was by far the best contractor there is, not only was he punctual, courteous and patient, he also thought of things we never thought of. He also had excellent ideas to make things easier for us, he takes great pride in the job he is doing and made sure that we were extremely happy with various stages of the project before he proceeded to the next one. Not only would we recommend him to anyone, we did just that two days ago. He deserves 20 out of 20.

Chris did an amazing job in providing a updated look based on our budget. His professionalizm is a 10! I would not hesitate in calling on him again for any work required and would not hesitate to referring him to family and friends.
