Landmark Van Lines

Everything went smoothly, I moved from Edmonton to Kelowna in the winter and everything arrived at destination on time. The movers carefully packed everything in Edmonton and unwrapped them in Kelowna. No damages or dirt on the furnitures when arrived. I shopped around before deciding on this mover, they
offer the cheapest and quickest service around. I would recommend this mover.

The men arrived on time to load my things they were polite and wraped my fragile things they were quick at loading and carefull on arrival there were 2 different men they were agitated and not in a good mood and were not eager to place my heavy things in place I was even helping them they were complaining how dark it was outside and they could not see in the truck

A successful move! "Transplanting" humans isn't always fun. I was lucky. My move wasn't a big one but a long one, all the way West. Once my goods were loaded, I examined the used up space in their truck & noticed how everything was packed and the guys used my mattress as a boundary which I thought was clever. My load was transferred in Toronto & I was reassured by the staff & Mr. Mark that my move was safe in their secure facility. I was kept informed as to the progress and arrival in BC. All my belongings including antiques & collectibles were delivered in less than one hour: no stairs or distances to contend with. It was "a piece 'o cake" delivery ! Once all was unpacked; I noted that other than some boxes showing some signs of travel fatique; nothing was missing & no damages were found. Landmark did good !!

We used landmark van lines to move our home from Ottawa to Vancouver. The move was a great success! It's affordable, accurate with delivery date, and reliable. We were very happy to have used them and will use them again!

I moved across country with a kingsized bed and around 22 Dole banana boxes of personal items. The company lost 2 boxes some how cause they were all EXACTLY the same boxes. And have pretty much havent done anything about it except give me a pay out instead of actually looking for the boxes. Would not recommend to anyone! And they were 6 hours late picking the shipment up in Montreal.

I would given them 0/10 but that doesn't seem to be an option. Most deplorable company I have ever had to deal with. Doubled our initial estimate without providing any evidence as to why, threatened to charge us more when we questioned and/or take our stuff when I asked to examine it. Had to pay full amount in cash before they would unload the truck and when I asked what we do if there was any damage the manager told us to call a lawyer (so basically no responsibility or accountability on their end). The movers themselves were wonderful and very careful and I hope that they are able to get jobs with another company as the people 'in charge' are disgusting. I've never experienced anything like this and didn't even think company's like this existed in Canada!! My husband and I would have rather gotten a uhaul and done it all ourselves than ever use this company again!!! Despicable

Worst nightmare EVER!! My household has been picked up in Calgary on Oct 31, 2015 and today on Nov 18, 2015 I'm sitting on the floor in my new home in London, ON and have just been put off AGAIN when I called and asked where my belongings are! Mid on NEXT week was today's answer as it was as well last week! It seems that my stuff still hasn't left Calgary :-( Besides additional expenses like hotel room and a mattress to sleep on this is just ridiculous! I'd rather should have paid $0.05 more per pound than going with this untrustworthy and unreliable company!

This company would not deliver our furniture despite having been paid in full for 28 days. We had to hire a private investigator at considerable expense to coerce them to do so. After receiving payment they continued to mislead us about delivery dates and refused to answer emails or phone calls. The head office was extremely rude. This company should not be in business. DO NOT HIRE THEM. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE

Landmark moved all my stuff from Calgary, Alberta to Kingston, Ontario without any problems. I had a lot of breakable things inside some of the boxes but everything was unbroken and arrived on time. Thanks !
