I moved from Ottawa to Toronto .I constantly move from different cities because of my job .Even though I have lots of staff , this guys have done a great job.Pick up and delivery guys was so nice. and I also would like to thank my sales agent Dennis . I recommend this company .

I m really happy to use this company. I moved from Calgary to toronto . The movers that picked up in Calgary were so nice . They wrapped everything ,"even my old vacuum ".when they deliver my Goods in toronto ,everything was the same but I felt so sorry for the delivery guys . They had to carry my furniture to second floor . They were so tired I thank them specially: Victor and John . I really recommend this company . Good service cheap price !!!

Punctuality: Arrived two days late for pick up. Delivered 10 days late.
Quality: Email and phone response is non-existent. They often say they will call back and do not follow up. I had to track the movers in the truck myself by text message. They did not often respond.
Price: Original quote for a one bedroom apt was less than half what I paid. They do not provide weigh scale estimates but just double the weight and charge double. You have to pay in order to get your items. There is no time to dispute.
Follow up: The movers brought an item that didn't belong to me and it was to be returned. Two months later it has not yet been returned. I have phoned and emailed numerous times without any action being taken. They promise to call back but do not.
Overall critique: I had some items damaged. An ironing board, an antique lamp and some art work. I also had two boxes of books that did not arrive. They offered to pay me $10.00 compensation. There was also damage to the walls at the apartment I moved from and I have not heard about that claim as of two months after the move.
I would not recommend this company.

Great company! We moved from Ontario to Alberta without any stress or difficulty. All my phone calls were answered or returned promptly and courteously and the office staff was always helpful and pleasant. The movers arrived exactly on time and were professional, quick, careful and extremely efficient. I paid what was originally quoted to me. Thanks Courtney and Landmark!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Worst service ever. Could not even get them to confirm the dated the were moving my stuff. I was finally able the day before and then they showed up 4 hours early! Dropped a treadmill on 2 dinner room chairs and damaged them and the response was 'meh'. Found out AFTER my stuff was packed that it wasn't going to be delivered that day. It is now day 8 and I still haven't received my stuff!!! They do not return calls or emails, staff is rude on the phone and they are not open on weekends. I guess they figure nobody actually moves on weekends.....

Difficult company to get a hold of once you've agreed to moving services. Some of the staff is really friendly and helpful however there are a few that I did not appreciate their attitudes.

The movers were really rude to our friends who meet with them since we were already on our way to our new place. The price ended up being almost triple the original cost. And if we don't pay by Monday before we won't get our stuff. They also left half our stuff behind so we had to get someone to clean it up and hire another moving company to get the rest of our stuff!! Definitely not happy and things will get ugly if our stuff doesn't get delivered!

booked with another company but Landmark bought them out between booking and pick up. Low balled the quote but I did know better. the showed up over one day late and day of pick up one of the two had a very sore back and could not lift much. They were nice but...we did most of the heavy lifting and the handling was very rough when wedging it into the truck. No way to validate if weight was correct or not, they want you to sign that you will not dispute their bill prior to getting your goods, If you need to store with them for longer they are very expensive. Charge extra if you pay with credit card.
