Overall experience with Bosky was sub-par. We hired them for stairs and painting the rooms.

The workmanship on the stairs was good. However, we believe they had outsourced this job to another company but we cannot confirm this.
There are a few areas where we were disappointed and hence giving them 2 stars. We were expecting a better finished product and experience given the premium we were paying them compared to other quotes we got

1) The paint/finish work was subpar both on the rooms and the stairs we pointed out multiple deficiencies at multiple walkthroughs to the project manager who assured us it would be fixed and it was not. We are going to hire someone else to put in the finishing touches and fix the paint defects.

2) Communication with the project manager was quite poor. We had walk throughs where we gave feedback on all the areas that required attention and items were still missed and left unfinished. After the work was completed, we sent an itemized list of outstanding issues which has been ignored by the company.

3) The invoice/payments were off. If you end up hiring them, dont just pay the invoice without checking every detail. Keep a copy of all the receipts. The itemized list was wrong and payments were completely missing from the invoice. We had to repeatedly tell them to apply payments we had made. This is unacceptable for any professional company. We had multiple versions of the invoices reissued.

On a positive note, the people/tradesmen who were at our home were very nice and they made the experience better.

We hired Bosky to update our recently purchased home. They did everything from removing popcorn ceilings, crown moulding, tiling, new front door and the big project of updating our staircase. The final product was professionally done and looks fantastic. Thanks Sebastian, Lila and team for exceeding our expectations!

First I would like to say that I would recommend Bosky to anyone that wants a professional and excellent company to work with. Doing a renovation during a pandemic is very difficult on the workers as well as the client but they made it work for us. I actually found them by sitting in the parking lot of the plaza having a coffee and a treat sitting in the car. I decided that I would just check it out and going in where I met Sebastian who impressed me with his knowledge and easy going personality so I ended up making an appointment to start the ball rolling. Later we met his wife Lilla who really knows her way around design and materials. Our dark outdated kitchen is now a Wow Factor! The residents in our condo building are very impressed and some also want to do business with Bosky. The end result was way beyond our expectations. It was a pleasure working with all of their staff and professionals. Thank you Erika for keeping all communication going.

We are extremely impressed with how the Bosky team managed our renovation project from the initial design stage to the final finishing touches. The final results are awesome – kitchen island and staircase look amazing! We would definitely recommend Lilla and Sebastian for your next home renovation project.

We were fortunate to have found Bosky Inc. on a internet search. Sebastian contacted me shortly after my inquiry. Within 30 days of meeting with Sebastian our project was completed to our exceeded satisfaction. He is very knowledgeable of all aspects of renovations, ours not being a large project was treated with the same importance. Sebastian provided samples of hardwood and paint colours, explained the quality and supplier origin. Sebastian has a established a team of professional and skilled tradespersons; in our case our original painter became ill and was substituted with only one day delay to our expected completion date. Sebastian is a courteous, professional with high business ideals. Price point for our project was fair. Would definitely recommend Bosky Inc. for all your renovations as we have referred them to family already.

Bosky Inc is a place I would recommend to anyone in need of a renovation. Right from he first meeting it was clear that they valued our business, as well as offering fair pricing. Throughout the renovation, Lilla and Sebastian have been invested in making sure that we got exactly what we had envisioned. I love that we communicated though a design app so that I could have all the specs of my reno, such as design renditions, invoices, discussions all within my finger tips. This renovation was done with a newborn a home. The entire Bosky team was courteous and flexible in working around our schedule.

I moved into a new house with carpet On the entire upstair floor. Instead of having the builder do the work (and charge me an arm and a leg), I contracted Lilla. She came to do a quote and was quick and professional. Her crew were experienced and in and out of the house in a day. They did a great installation and helped me match the hardwood to the existing staircase. I would recommended using them.

Lilla and Sebastian did major renovations on my home. It was such an overwhelming experience but they were so patient and supportive, walking me through every step of the way. I appreciated and trusted their advice. With a house as old as mine, surprises always occurred but they were proactive and solution-focused. My house looks beautiful and I would hire them again for any future work that needs to be done.

Very happy with the work done by Lilla, Sebastian and their team. From quote to demo day to finished product, they were easy to work with, very accommodating and professional. I appreciate the attention to detail, great attitude, flexibility and respect for me and my home that they all showed. They stayed on schedule and addressed the challenges of working on a high rise condo unit without hesitation. They truly seem to care about their customers, their reputation and take pride in their work. Never having worked with them before it was a risk but with great reviews and knowing its long-standing family business, it wasn’t a difficult decision to hire them.

Great to work with, helped us in a busy house with 2 young kids. Stuck to deadlines and accommodated our needs flawlessly. Definitely recommend! And prices are competitive in our area anyway
