They came and quoted me on the spot while explaining all problems my attic had and everything that they'll do to fix them. On the day of, they showed up on time and were in and out in about an hour, so quick, doing everything they promised, cleaning up after them, and offering multiple payment options (credit, debit, cheque).
The only thing I didn't like is that they put a lawn sign in front of the house without asking me first.
