I engaged EcoComfort for attic insulation. When I requested for a quote for the service, EcoComfort responded to all my inquiries timely and in great details. On the day when they performed the service, they arrived on time, kept my home clean, and worked in a professional and respectful manner. I am very happy with the service, and I would highly recommend this contractor.

Before I did my insulation, I made 3 quotes, and Ecocomfort is the most fair one, because two other companies quote my attic size was 950 or 1050 sq feet, and Ecocomfort used more accuracy measurement, and result was 900 sq feet, which is huge difference on quotation price. On the work day, the guys came on time and did all the clean up for me. I am highly recommend it to anyone who want to do insulation.

Professional and friendly crew. Brandon and his team arrived on schedule, before they start, they explained to me all the work. They remeasured the footage, which is smaller than my estimation, so I paid less than initial quote. They also clean up and make sure no mess left behind. Highly recommend their service!

From start to finish this company is amazing. We had Brandon and Simon come to insulate the attic. They were efficient, friendly and professional. I signed up with EcoComfort to get my attic insulation topped up from R20 to R60 with cellulose via the GreenOn program. They were not the cheapest but the cost they quote already includes additional baffles as well as additional insulation around the roof hatch etc.

On the day of, 3 guys showed up with a truck. They confirmed the sq. footage of the roof (turned out to be actually a bit smaller than original quoted) and lined up the floor and stairs with a cloth for protection. They were very friendly and were happy to answer any questions I had. After the job was done I had a chance to climb up into the attic to inspect myself. There were a number of new baffles installed and the insulation was spread out evenly and to the required height.

Overall I'm pleased with the quality of work and service that EcoComfort offers to their clients.
My only piece of advice: The room where the hatch goes to the roof gets VERY dusty, despite best effort by the crew to keep thing tidy. MAKE SURE to remove as much as possible from the room to spare yourself from a big cleanup job after!
