Eco Comfort Insulation & Contracting

My recent experience with EcoComfort was more than I can expected. I had a mold problem in the Attic and needed to upgrade the insulation as well. They were very helpful and tried to fit me in with their busy schedule so that I can do both jobs (Soda Blasting to remove the mold and then insulation upgrade) back to back without much delay. Their staff come in on time on day one to remove the old insulation and then come in the second day to do the upgrade. Throughout the process, they were very professional and made sure the place was clean after their work. I would highly recommend them for your insulation work.

i called echo comfort insulation and was given a time right away. salesperson came on time and inspected the attic, took pictures and
explained to me what was needed to be done. he also explained how it will be done, the time frame of the work and gave me a quote
which was reasonable and in line with other two quotes.
on the scheduled day two technitions arrived on time and covered the floor with cloth and proceeded to to the sealing of the exhoust pipes.
installed needed air circulation baffles and installed the insulation. after that they cleaned the place and left in time.

After some research, I settled on EcoComfort to top up the attic insulation of my 20 year-old home and am very pleased that I did! From the initial quote provided by Wojtek (quick, fair and reasonable) to the installation completed by Tom and Bart six weeks later, to very prompt office admin follow up (Claudia) - all has been exceptional.

Wojtek came for an estimate and was quick, professional and efficient and emailed me an estimate the same day. After a few quotes I decided to go with Eco since they were very straightforward and easy to deal with despite the fact they had a longer wait time.

Simon and his crew showed up on time and Simon inspected the attic and provided a clear explanation of the process before any work was done. He was very professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. He was took care to minimize the mess and did a good clean up job afterwards. I very much appreciated the way Simon treated my home with respect and care.

Payment was quick and easy and he had a cordless credit card machine. Claudia was in touch with me a couple of days after the job was done to provide a copy of the paid invoice and follow up on the job and provide information on the GreenON rebate program which was a nice touch.

I am so happy I decided to go with Eco would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family. Thank you Eco Team!

The two young men who arrived to install our insulation could not have been more polite or considerate. They totally covered the floors and stairs so when they left there was no sign that they had ever been there. I was very pleased with their work and would certainly recommend them to others.

Excellent job done by the EcoComfort crew. They are extremely professional and thorough, and explain the working process and answered my questions. Office answered emails promptly and processed rebate right away. Will definitely recommend.
