After some research, I settled on EcoComfort to top up the attic insulation of my 20 year-old home and am very pleased that I did! From the initial quote provided by Wojtek (quick, fair and reasonable) to the installation completed by Tom and Bart six weeks later, to very prompt office admin follow up (Claudia) - all has been exceptional. In particular, Tom and Bart were very timely, professional, knowledgeable and easy going. They were very thorough which I appreciate giving me confidence in the quality of their installation! The guys took time to ensure minimal mess and tidied the place up afterwards. I also appreciate the professional level of administration from electronic estimate emailed on day of quote to onsite credit card payment terminal to extremely timely GreenOn rebate submission and email follow up! I know I made the best decision in going with the EcoComfort team, and have already recommended them to a few friends and colleagues!

While I very seldom write online reviews, I did want to share my very positive experience with Mega City who completed my roof replacement today – took day and a half to complete. What sets Mega City apart from many roofing contractors is its owner, Tom. You will find Tom to be very genuine, easy going, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth, which I appreciate. No hard sell, and provides a reasonable competitive quote to work within your parameters for what I know is quality work and material that he will stand by. The crew he has assembled including Roman, his site supervisor (another good guy too) work great together and boy are they punctual. The guys were friendly and very thorough, professional and respectful of our and neighbouring property. To top it off, Tom personally inspects the work done upon completion on top of the roof before giving his seal of approval. All in all, I can’t think of a better contracting experience. New roof looks awesome and because Mega City is a GAF Certified Installer, I have peace of mind that I made the absolute best decision in my roofing contractor! Thanks again, Tom and team!

Finally met Paul for a duct cleaning service appointment (Nov 12th), and it's obvious why he is so in demand. He is truly a first-rate guy and showed up on time and before commencing any work, he took the time to walk through and ask questions for a thorough assessment. Paul helped to identify source of potential cold spots but also inspected the furnace and humidifier. After reviewing our duct panels, to his credit, he suggested that our ducts did not really need a full cleaning at this time even if it was last cleaned 5 years ago (I'm sure many other companies would probably go ahead with the contracted cleaning even if not required). The only thing required this time would be some filter replacements. After spending at least an hour with me (not to mention his travel time), in trouble shooting my system and generally providing me a lesson in HVAC 101, he declined to accept any payment for his time and services (assessment). I was thoroughly impressed with his integrity and consideration, I've already recommended him to a co-worker. Anyways, if you are still sitting on the fence on which duct cleaning company to go with, I would highly recommend that you consider Paul at the top of your list! I have ordered my replacement filters with Paul and will definitely book him for my duct cleaning service in the future. Cheers, Winston (Markham)
