What can I say ... Moving is stressful enough... These guys damaged every piece of my dining table, leather furniture, coffee table broken, items lost and house damaged when moving in. Don't use these guys unless you want your stuff damaged. The lack of care and attention was criminal, the follow up was pathetic. I encourage everyone to make a better business bureau complaint. If you use AMJ get the extra insurance you are gonna need it. Also... insist that each item is 100% wrapped in moving blankets... any exposed edge will get gouged, cut, ripped or snapped off. Better use someone else. What a sick and disgusting moving experience. Shame on you AMJ..

- accept responsibility for the damages. They denied the damage then wanted me to pay 300 dollars so they could send a repair guy over to "fix" my damaged furniture...It was pretty unbelievable. Given the scale of the damage, the seems to be a business as usual attitude that its normal and thats what insurance is for.

- Use a different mover. Insist on photos before moving, buy extra insurance and wrap every item 100% in moving blankets.
