Ar Allan Ross Heating

Allan Ross is by far the best hvac technician and company we have had the pleasure of working with. From the moment you speak with him you can see he takes great pride in his business and runs it with integrity.

Unfortunately, last saturday just after that terrible cold snap, both our heating and hot water clunked out. I was amazed at how quickly he responded when he learned we had no heat - especially on a saturday night! Although he couldnt fix the problems that night (needed parts etc), he made sure we didnt sit there and freeze and was there promptly Monday morning with parts in hand.

We have a pretty complicated heating and hot water system in our home (its a mini boiler combination system) and quite frankly it has been a challenge just to find a company that knows what they're doing or is willing to work on it. (We have had countless hvac companies come in and charge us a fortune in labour and service fees, only to turn around and say they can't fix it). That being said, hell or high water Allan was determined to solve the problem and didn't quit until the entire job was done. (which given the complexity of the unit and the number of issues it had, understandably took a couple of days).

Allan charges more than fair prices for high quality workmanship and is a true expert at what he does. He operates with genuitity, compassion, and professionalism. Quite frankly, if you want your problems fixed right and with someone you can trust, give him a call - you'd be foolish to go with anyone else.

Was recommended by a neighbor. I liked Allan Ross because I only had to deal with the one person. He came within days of the first phone call for a first time service on my equipment. It was fast, convenient, and thorough. Reasonably priced and honest.
