Fan replacement in oven

This is the third time that Y2K has been out.

The first time the technician was great and installed the replacement fan. He left the damaged part and packaging behind. The new part installed was faulty as it made a grinding noise. We had to call Whirlpool back and reschedule another appointment which was a week after the first. My husband was told the part was faulty and a new one would have to be ordered. We received no contact from Y2K regarding the replacement part. I called 6 days after the 2nd service call and was told they had to look into it and would get back to me within 24 hours, they did not. I called on the 7th and 10th days to follow-up again and had to leave a message. After being in the qur with whirlpool again on the 11th day I received a call from Y2K advising that the part was on back order and would be in on December 5th and that I would receive a call to schedule a third service appointment. I received a call this morning, December 6th, from the technician advising he would be out today, luckily I was home due to illness so he could attend. The technician’s work was great but the lack communication from Y2K has been horrible.
