Harrison Renovation

We found this company from internet. Firstly, we discussed with them and even went to their store to see how their service is. Then we paid the down payment and made an appointment for the installlation. ON next Saturday, then came in to my house, I was very disappointed at their staff, especially there was one guy, actually he did not have too much experience ( I asked something questions about the construction, hardwood, and etc). Later on, the other guy (I guess he is the boss) came in, he looked has much experience. I confirmed with him if three days can be finished completely, he said, “Don’t worry; however, after three days, yes, they did but with worse quality. I was very disappointed at their service. Then later on, I called in the store and explained to the sales rep who I signed contract with. Actually I even took some pictures. I spent a lot on my expensive hardwood floor, but they was damaged (after their work, there were some spot on the floor) and one of my fixture was damaged. I was so sad. I don’t want to recommend this store to anybody. Also pay attention on the company if got the information from internet.
