Gta Fence And Decks

Rumi and his team built my deck and pergola last summer. During the winter the wind blew off the lattice ceiling that's on top of the pergola. I tried contacting Rumi several times by phone, email and text and he would not respond. I tried one last time to call him and he finally decided to answer his phone. All he said though was, "you have the wrong number" then promptly hung up.

We were very happy with the work that Rumi and his team did on our deck. They were all very nice and easy to work with. They completed the job as we wanted within a reasonable timeframe (due to rain, the project took about 3 weeks). Rumi was always quite responsive and got back to us quickly. They explained everything clearly and made recommendations for improvements at minimal cost to us. If they didn't arrive early, they stayed late. They are hard workers who want to do the job right. We have a little child at home and they were always playful with her - our daughter loved them! She still says "Rumi, where aaaare you??"

There was a little bit of miscommunication regarding our pergola near the end and that is the only reason why they don't get a "perfect" rating. But it's all sorted out now and overall, they did a great job. We would recommend them to anyone.
