Jeff was friendly, professional, and honest. It turned out that the problem we had was actually quite minor. He presented some options, and did a thorough inspection and cleaning. Now the fireplace looks and works better than ever, and I'm glad I called Jeff, even though in retrospect I could have dealt with the minor problem myself.
