Dryer....replace heating element.

Technician arrived on time and gave his estimate on the parts and labour. He replaced the heating element on our dryer quickly and tested it. Overall cost was around $480. Technician was a great guy, really nice and knowledgeable.
Only problem was the call dispatcher. She didn't seem to have a clue about what hourly labour charge was or how the billing process worked. Was not impressed by her.
