Highly recommend! Eric was excellent. He was very good, honest and gave me helpful tips. My old 2011 Samsung refrigerator was leaking, and keeps on beeping (the temp control for the freezer keeps changing hence the beeping). Eric found that the leak was caused by a blocked drain tube. He cleaned it and no replacement parts needed. As for the beeping, unfortunately, Samsung discontinued the replacement parts. But for whatever Eric did, it has NOT beeped for over a week now since Eric fixed it. So, no more leaks and annoying beeping. Cross fingers I may not need to replace my fridge for another few months, hopefully longer.

We have used Fix Appliances multiple times in our condo. They are always quick to assess the problem and fair with pricing. There cant be a better option in the Toronto area.

Kitchenaid oven broke during self-clean cycle. Sergei came out next morning. Had to replace one part, then another. Quick waiting time between parts. Sergei came the very next day after parts were in each time. Quick and effective but not cheap. If you want reliability and your problem solved, this company will do that. Experienced technicians.

My 30+ year-old gas oven was not heating properly. After researching several appliance repair companies I chose Fix Appliances because of their experience repairing the particular oven brand I owned and their consistent history of good customer reviews. I was not disappointed. The repair Technician, Ilya, called ahead and arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed a faulty oven ignition, gave me an explanation of the repair process and replaced the necessary part, which he had with him. The service that Ilya and the telephone intake staff provided was courteous, efficient and professional. I will have no hesitation in contacting Fix Appliances for any future appliance repairs I may require.

My microwave door wouldn't open so I called them for repairs. Initially they thought it could be repaired through a replacement part. When it came in they arrived to repair it but found another part was also broken that couldn't be replaced. I had an extra microwave in my basement that they uninstalled and reinstalled upstairs for me despite the fact that they typically wouldn't perform such services because it wouldn't be worth it. They did this as a service to me because they felt bad for the problems with the replacement part not working out. I thought this was very honest of them and would trust them with future work.
