I called Tom regarding an emergency problem with my old existing Softner he unlike the other companies picked up the phone which was great not having to hang up or leave a message. My Softner valve had let go and it was flooding my basement. I explained this Tom helped me over the phone figure out the problem until I could get it repaired or replaced, and no pressure to get a sale or service call.
2-3 weeks I procrastinated then I got some quotes. The system and installation together was a good price from Tom. I’m very happy with everything very efficient and clean work. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I purchased a water purifier that mounts under the sink. Ideally they could go under the floor but my space was not adaptable to that. I called Tom for more information on the Excalibur Chlor-A-Soft unit. After a home visit, and without any sales pressure, I was very happy with the product and ordered the unit. The Installation took about an hour, and after house water flushing the lines, I could already see and smell the difference. I can actually drink the water directly from the tap now.
