Lucky Granite Ltd.

We got new bathroom countertops from Lucky Granite. Vanessa was initially lovely to deal with. We got a great price on a remnant slab. The quartz was cut to perfection and the installers did a great job.

I am unfortunately not able to give a good review due to the included plumbing service. The “plumber showed up, walked into the house without introducing himself and went to work. It took him almost 3 hours to install 2 faucets. Before he left, I mentioned that one of the handles was crooked and he said it came that way, which was not the case. Within 5 minutes of him leaving, I checked underneath the sink and 3/4 of the water lines were leaking. Upon further examination, the faucet wasn’t lined up and there was a gap behind it. I phoned Vanessa and said I didn’t want him to come back because he was grossly incompetent. She started yelling at me on the phone saying it wasn’t fair that I not pay him for his work and had to let him in to try to fix the job. Since he seemed to not have any idea of what he was doing, and was very obviously not a licensed plumber, we declined to let him back in and to avoid being yelled at some more, agreed to pay 2/3 of the plumbing cost. When we brought in a real plumber a few days later, this is what was wrong:
The faucet did not line up and showed a gap in behind
The handle was crooked.
3/4 of the water lines were leaking heavily
The drain was also leaking
One of the fittings was a whole size too big so a piece of plastic was inserted to try to make it fit
Old lines were used without 11 year old washers being replaced.
It took our licensed plumber 2 hours to fix the botched plumbing job.

Unfortunately I would not recommend Lucky Granite because of how this issue was handled, and most DEFINITELY not the plumbing through them. If you use Lucky Granite, hire your own licensed plumber to do it right.

Vanessa was amazing. She was nice, friendly and professionally. She walked us through the whole project and patient answered all the questions from her clients. The crews was fast and did fantastic job with my kitchen countertop (took them only 2 days to finish my kitchen).

Lucky Granite was great. Right from the very beginning the service was fantastic. Vanessa was a pleasure to deal with. They sent someone out right away to take measurements. I sent her pictures of the type of quartz pattern that I wanted and she sent me back pictures and a quote very quickly. We had quartz countertops (stovetop counter, large v-shaped island, and a small drawer countertop) and solid quartz backsplash installed, such that the pattern from the 3cm countertop matched up with the 2cm backsplash as it went up the wall. The crew came on time, had great input and feedback, and the quality and workmanship was impeccable. I would hire them again in the future without thinking twice. I was referred to them by another friend who used them and I could not be happier. In addition, their pricing was reasonable and less than what others quoted, but the service above all was the best.

Nikki and the staff at Lucky Granite were great to work with as we kept having to move back installation dates. The product is beautiful and a great price point. We would highly recommend them!!

We were looking to convert our island with an elevated eating bar to a flat top and install quartz on the island and countertops. We picked Lucky Granite as ine of the companies to review our plans based largely on the reviews posted here and we weren’t disappointed. They were prompt in all aspects from estimates, product selection and installation. We would highly recommend considering Lucky Granite for your projects!!

I purchased a remnant piece or quartz from Lucky who came out to my home, took measurements and one of my prepurchased undermount sinks in order to exact fit them. It turned out though, the templated sink was 1/2" larger than the other (yes, identical packaging, UPCs, etc) leaving me with only one fitting sink. Vanessa went out her way to find me a pair of matching sinks that would fit - gave me an excellent price - and had them installed in 2 business days. Service beyond expectation. Very happy.

Recently had Lucky Granite quote/install new quarts countertops and under mount sink for my kitchen reno project. They were amazing to deal with from start to finish. They provided a detailed quote/accurate measurements samples and suggestions on color/style along with a timely install. Install crew were very professional friendly in wrapping up this project. Highly recommend using them for your project.

We are very pleased with the work and crew from Lucky Granite. Their measurements were exact and all the counters fit liked a glove. I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to install. We had our entire kitchen done in 2 1/2 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and left my kitchen neat and tidy. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs countertops replaced!

I dropped by on a Wednesday, picked out a remnant of gorgeous quartz, had it installed by Monday. The quality was perfect and the customer service above and beyond. I even decided that I wanted a backsplash, and it was cut and installed the same day, for roughly half of a quote a received elsewhere. I will definitely use this company again.
