I had a few people come out and do estimates, Blake was the only one that was actually going to do the install and took the time to make sure that it was planned and executed properly. He went above and beyond my expectations.

Blake was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem with our air conditioner that another heating and air conditioning company was unable to solve. He explained how the system is supposed to work and gave us directions on how to maintain its efficiency. We highly recommend his services.

Consulted with (and subsequently used) Blake from Excel on how to improve temperature balance between upstairs and downstairs. He is very nice to deal with, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Attended both appointments (consultation and installation) on time. Called in advance to confirm his arrival time. Did excellent quality work, and cleaned up like he was never there. Price was fair and reasonable. A consummate professional that cares about his job. I would absolutely use Excel again and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Blake was always very prompt in responding to any questions I had and was very easy to deal with. He came out shortly after I contacted him to give me an estimate for everything we wanted done, and gave many helpful suggestions about how to improve things and save some money as well.

Altogether Blake was here working for 2 days - he ran all new duct work, added an air cleaner, moved the furnace, and installed a humidifier (and pulled the necessary permits) for about $4000. It all looks great, the work is super clean, and we are extremely happy with the result. Blake was very professional and thoughtful, there were lots of small things he did above and beyond what I expected. We are extremely happy we went with Excel and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have HVAC work done.
