Do not sign contract with this company,
Their salesman told you that it was a 12 month-agreement at $xx/month. The salesman crossed out the 60-month agreement and wrote down 12 month on the paper. Hidden within the 4 and 1/2 pages with 46 terms and conditions were some devil traps. Traps including that if you do not terminate the contract within the first 6 month, then the 12 month contract would become a 60-month contract, and also that after 12 months, the service fee would go up by 150% without your consent.
Of course 99% of the people just pay attention to the length and price of the agreement and do not have 45 minutes to study the 46 terms and conditions printed on the 4 and 1/2 pages paper while the salesman stand beside you and push you to sign it.
Advice: stay away from this company. Or spend 45 minutes to study the terms and condition or get some legal advice before you sign the contract
