I had Consumers Energy change my furnace about 3 months ago in February when my old furnace started acting up. At the time I spoke to several different companies regarding changing my furnace however Edward from Consumers Energy seemed to be the most informed regarding the issue and easier to deal with. The technicians showed up on the install date on time and they seemed to know what they were doing as the job went smoothly without a mess. The new furnace is a lot quieter and runs more smoothly and I can see the difference it has made in my bill for the past two months. Overall I'm very happy with my new furnace and I believe I got a very good deal for it even though I initially found myself to be in a jam.
I will be changing my water heater to a bigger unit before next winter and Consumers Energy is at the top of my list of companies that I will inquire about this job. I'm very happy with the job they did with my furnace and I recommend them to any home owner that requires this kind of work.
