Consumers Energy Management

These guys were simply amazing. We had an old electric hot water tank that the power was coming straight from the grid without passing through the hydro meter. The problem was that Toronto hydro was charging us every month between $75-100. We had few companies to come and give us an estimate to change the tank to natural gas but they all refused to do it because it was a big challenge to run a proper venting and the gas line since our basement was completely finished and rented. When we contacted consumers energy they sent a sales person who was very knowledgeable. Based on his knowledge he said it's possible but need to confirm with his technician. He came again couple days after with his technician and confirmed everything. Although the price was a bit higher than we expected and we couldn't even compare with other because they simply refused to do it, we hired them. On the day of installation it took them almost 10 hours to do the job, but with precise measurements they only opened two small holes in the ceiling to run the venting. They also brought their electrician who disconnected the power from old tank and we called the hydro company and asked to remove that charge from our bill. We are extremely happy with our new tank and highly recommend them.
