Hi Jayden, I wanted to extend our heartfelt thanks for the incredible job your team did with our skylight installation. The two gentlemen who worked on our home over the past three days were absolutely fantastic. Their craftsmanship is truly top-notch, and we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of their work.

We appreciate how clean they left our home each day. We were able to live comfortably throughout the entire installation, and our house never felt like a construction site. It made such a difference to come back each day to a clean home, even in the middle of the projectit really made our lives so much easier.

And now, with the skylight fully installed, it's just an amazing feeling to walk into our living space and see the sunshine for the first time. It's completely transformed the room.

I recently had 4 new windows installed in my condo. I did my research beforehand and obtained 4 quotes from different companies. I was a window newbie and so had many questions which were always answered professionally and promptly. I am so glad I chose Legacy over the other 3 companies. My new windows are beautiful and Legacy was able to provide a stacking slider and tilt and turn window which at least two of the other companies could not provide. This has been a great modernization to my condo and I am loving the windows. Kyle, Ethan and the team were fabulous! It was a difficult route to get some of the windows to my condo and there was no question that they would be able to do it. From start to finish it was a pleasure to work with every person involved in this project. Legacy replaced all 30 windows, two sliding glass door and three entry doors. The transformation is amazing. We love it! And we would highly recommend this company for any window and door replacement projects.

Fantastic customer service and quality. We had contacted them to remove a window and replace with a sliding glass door and locking screen back in Oct 2019, Kyle was very pleasant and prompt with responses. We needed to replace 40 year old aluminium doors/windows in our home (significant heat loss) and also do a partial replacement/fixes of the cedar siding.
After doing due diligence and getting estimates we decided on Legacy Windows and Doors based on the initial discussions with Jayden and subsequent detailed discussions with Jayden and Alex.

Based on the above discussions and final estimates we decided to go ahead with the project which was completed by Jackson and his team.

The end results exceeded expectations, and the project was completed promptly, within the allocated time and within budget (and Jackson also completed an additional small project within the same budget).

Kudos to Jayden, Alex and Jackson and his team (including Ethan - operations coordinator). I have to pat myself on the back for being such a good judge of character ;-).

Product selection:
The Legacy team was there to walk me through product options and helped me make an informed decision. We checked out the showroom and when arriving were greeted to a welcoming environment.

The install:
It was a pleasure having the installation team out to do the installation. They were respectful, efficient, kept the work space clean, and were more than happy to answer all my questions.

Afterthoughts:
I'm very happy with my new windows and only wish I would have done them sooner.
If you're looking to get your windows replaced I would highly recommend working with Legacy. I look forward to having the team come out to replace some doors in the future.

Great experience in general. Very transparent quoting process with no pressure, no high pressure sales tactics. Very helpful with regards to optimizing quote so that there is a good balance between using rebates to get a higher grade product for the same out-of-pocket cost. The project cost $40000 but I ended up paying $30000 for basically 20 triple pane windows. Very clean and friendly crew. Great following up of loose ends too - they came when some knots from the trims bled through and reapplied primer and paint to it. Would highly recommend.
