Our new ('60's) sidesplit home had severely poor airflow in the upper attic and as a result had mould and we were unsure how old it was. We had 4 companies quote us on the job and EcoPower was not the least of these. We chose them because they were thorough in their inspection of the work we required and helped us understand the priority of each step, which we appreciated because we didn't know where to start. Kevin and Rob listened to our concerns and explained their recommendations respectfully and with patience. This was key because by not talking over us and being confident in their own advice, we immediately felt like we were in good hands. When the job started they were on a mission; remediation first, soffit vents installed (including baffles of course!), asbestos removal in vents and one pipe, finished off by adding new cellulose insulation (did I mention that remediation included removal of old insulation?). But it's not just that...they fixed the stove vent pipe as it wasn't tightly fitted and replaced a roof vent screen that was previously broken. It was those little niceties that were the icing on the cake. Rob, Kevin, Justin and Rob#2 worked so well together that you couldn't clearly tell who was in charge. Nice, right?! The job took 2 days and on the second day when it was 30 degrees outside, it wasn't in the attic or the bedroom! We noticed the difference immediately! You won't be disappointed if you hire this team.

We hired this company after purchasing our home to help remove mold in coldroom detected during home inspection. One of the reasons we chose them is because they offered 25 years warranty. Few years of their remediation work the mold grew back. We contacted them and they said the product they used rxremedy is no longer on the market as the company supplying it went bankrupt therefore they no longer honor the warranty. We had a contract with Eco Power Environmental company not with the company whose product they used. Needless to say we are very upset of how they handled the whole situation and left us stranded and as a result we are in the process of referring this to our lawyer.

After extensive flooding and Demolition, our basement was stripped to the Sub Floor and Concrete walls.
EcoPower Environmental came in, re-designed, re-bulit and re-claimed our basement and lives.
