Sean came up to our cottage in the fall and when we returned in the spring, we had a whole new, incredible world! He met with us, listened to our vision and made it happen. He removed walls, moved our wood stove, added a 16 foot screened in porch with double french doors. He painted, did all of the finishing, roof and electrical and it is amazing. We have loved working with Sean and would recommend it others.

This contractor stayed within the budget, arrived on time , great quality and workmanship, trustworthy, great clean up daily.

After 30 years our cottage lower level bathroom-laundry room needed a major upgrade. The area also contains our pump, water heater and related equipment so condensation had produced some mould in two of the walls. Sean replaced the walls, shower stall, ceiling, taps, fixtures etc. and also oversaw the installation of a water softener. His workmanship was exacting and the finished look is bright and clean. The project was deliivered on time and within budget. He coped easily with th inevitable last minute changes we threw at thim. He was a pleasure to work with and did a terrific job of keeping us up to date with his progress and providing options for decisions. We would recommend Sean Harris Construction without reservation.
