Finally had my own chance to sleep in the bunkie this past weekend. It was a great experience. The size, proportions, materials all made it a wonderful place to spend time in. I was a little unsure of the way the panelling boards meet up initially but I really like it now.

The best part is that with full insulation and double glazed windows, it is virtually silent in there. Great for old guys like me when my 21 year old has friends up and great for keeping grandkids asleep until past 7am.

His crew were equally as professional and highly skilled at their craft, building a gorgeous front deck at our mother's house on schedule with the final price ending up exactly what they had originally quoted. Even going above and beyond on the finishing details to make our mother extra happy! After 20 plus years the solid wood posts - which hold up the roof - railings and spindles had to be replaced.
The Little Building Company redesigned and created a marvellous front porch which Don and I are currently enjoying our morning coffee. The challenge for Sean was he had to keep changing the design because of the limited supply options during COVID.
The crews attention to detail and finishing touches have made a beautiful space for us to enjoy drinks with family and friends for years to come.

This review is about 4 years overdue...we had a 15x15 lakeside platform deck built at our cottage. Deck is beautiful, still looks great!
The Little Building Company was great to deal with; they were meticulous, job was done well and on budget.

I am very impressed with the Little Building Company!! I had an urgent need to remove some decorative beams that were faulty. One of them had fallen - it was solid wood, approx 80 lbs and was secured with straight spikes instead of lag bolts. Sean was very receptive to my concern as a safety issue and managed to have a crew on site within 24 hours. Ben, Stephen and Hugh were very professional and I was impressed by how well they worked as a team. They came up with creative solutions to safely handle the removal- as you can see in the pictures below it was not a straightforward removal from an 8 foot ceiling! And they cleaned up afterward!! I am truly overwhelmed with their efficiency and reasonable rates and will definitely be working with Sean and his team for the next phases of my renovation!!

Our 100 foot long dock was in need of replacement. Dave & his crew did an exceptional job!! They worked with us to design it. Kept us informed of their progress and in our absence, we felt comfortable leaving them in charge of the property. During the process they kept the area very clean. We would recommend them and look forward to working with them, again, in the future.

We hired the Little Building Company after we had some water damage to our wooden Cottage. It needed extensive repairs to a bedroom, and to a few areas on the exterior walls.

They did an amazing job and were a great team to work with! They delivered on time and did it with quality workmanship. They gave great recommendations and worked well within our budget.

They were great at communicating by providing updates on progress, budget and any unforeseen issues.

We have a cottage on an island, meaning water access only. Our island was hit by a tornado late last fall, and we needed many repairs done. We contacted TLBC about not only repairing an overhang, but extending it and building a screened in porch. We didn't know exactly what we wanted, but Sean provided numerous ideas, and plans changed along the way due to unforeseen damage. Sean was the utmost professional - he was flexible, provided regular updates on schedule and progress, recommended changes, provided timely estimates for any additional work we requested, and even offered to remove debris at a reasonable rate. Due to the distance from Peterborough and being water access, we offered our cottage to the team and they ended up putting extra long days in and staying over. We hope it wasn't all workNothing phased these guys, such a great team! The design and quality of the screened in porch turned out much better than we ever imagined. In fact, we hope they return next year to do additional work. Thanks millions Sean and team!

My wife Jenn and I were 100% satisfied with our 2 new decks, as well as the price, professionalism, and communication of Sean & Dave, and their entire team. Work was completed very fast considering the weather we had in May, and provided us some tremendous recommendations during the project, which we are happy we agreed to.
