Junk Squad

Booked Junk Squad online early June for end of July. Never received a confirmation that they received my booking. Contacted the company days later to be rudely told they had not received it. After a few minutes, the young man confirmed they had it but do not work on Sunday so I rebooked for the Monday. He also told me someone would call the day before to confirm.
The morning Junk Squad was to arrive I called to confirm as no one called as stated. I was told they had no booking for me. After a few minutes I was told yes they actually had it and a truck would be at our house at 3:30. At 12:00 I received a call saying the truck broke down and I would need to rebook. I explained that was not possible and could another truck not be sent. Unfortunately there was no other truck.
This company is unprofessional, unreliable and non dependable.

My experience with Junk Squad is pleasant. The customer service representative named Shaun was delightful, very informative and accommodating to my schedule when booking the appointment. The staff arrived to complete the junk removal appointment were fantastic, professional, friendly and very strong. I had heavy boxes, appliance and stone from back yard and they had no problem to remove. This was a nice transaction and I will use Junk Squad again.

This company was a pleasure to deal with. The staff were very friendly and informative. They explained their process in detail along with all of the options available regarding donations, recycling and landfill. I would definitely recommend them and will use their services again!

Junk Squad made this a very pleasurable transaction. The customer service rep was very nice and informative. The guys who did the removal, Paul and Darnell were amazing. I had a lot of junk but several old heavy appliances that were solid dead weight and these guys didn’t even break a sweat. They were carefull and respectful of the walls and floors and they even cleaned up afterwards so the house looked great after they left. I have a cottage that needs junk removed and I will absolutely use Junk Squad again.

My husband is a certified hoarder so our house was full of junk on all floors from floor to ceiling. We have researched many junk removal companies and went with Junk Squad based on a friends recommendation after they did a great job for her. We made the right choice as the Junk Squad staff were absolutely wonderful. This was a massive two day removal process with over 3 full truck loads of junk. With the Junk Squad trucks being so big, this would have worked out to 9 trucks of other Toronto junk removal companies. I paid only a fraction of the price and was extremely happy with the service throughout the entire removal. The Junk Squad guys at our house were so friendly, it was a joy chatting with them. They were very careful and took extra care of our house as not to damage walls or doors etc. After all was said and done, our home looks beautiful again. Thank you so much Junk Squad for all the hard work. I will use Junk Squad again, I'm sure we will need them back in a year or two.

This was a really great service and I will use Junk Squad again. The price was very low for the amount of work the staff did. The guys arrived on time, called 30 minutes before which I really liked. Friendly and professional and they spent 40 minutes helping me boost my car during a cold snap. This was a pleasure and I would recommend Junk Squad. A+

Horrible company!! Completely a joke! Took the complete deposit for the dump fees although there was not much stuff for the dumpster! Also the customer service was horrible tried calling and emailing to discuss final billing but received no response! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Completely dissatisfied!
