Bought a home and met with Marisa - an excellent sales person.
We owned the home in record time. Whirlwind fast.
2 years later and ZERO of the deficiencies have been taken care of. ServiceQ - their new warranty providers dropped the ball on our home and admitted It fell through the cracks because somebody in charge left the company - which attests to the follow up!

ServiceQ has responded and scheduled a meeting so I am hopeful this stuff gets fixed quickly. I have edited my original review and rating as they have replied with a date for repairs.
