After looking at floor plans from every home builder in Edmonton, we found Pacesetter's floor plans to be ideal for our family! The initial design process was easy and stress free. All interior items and colours were under one roof so it was easy to match everything. The building process was also quick with evident attention to detail. The only issue we ran into was when there was a problem with the rough grade and there was going to be an extra charge against us to build a retaining wall. But after about a month of communication everything worked out in our favour! We have been in our home for over 3 months now and everything is solid with no issues.

Tara was very helpful and assisted whenever we needed her. We love our new home. Bill and Justin were amazing as well . We would recommend Pacesetter to our family and friends!
