Last year we bought our first home Bosley in SW Edmonton. The area manager Kelly was very helpful and patient. He gave me a lot of useful advice and kept us updated with our house information. The whole experience was stress free and enjoyable. We are very pleased with our new home and will definitely recommend Pacesetter Homes.

The Pacesttwr team from the get go was great to work with, both the sales and the building side of things.

The salesperson was very informed about the duplex we were purchasing and little things we might like to add, like power outlets.

The site supervisor kept us informed and up to date with how the build was going. At the time of walk through everything was finished except a few paint touch ups which were already scheduled to be fixed.

All together is was a great experience!

Pleasure experience to purchase a new house from Pacesetter Homes. The Windermere area sales manager Kelly is very helpful and knowledgable about their new homes. The processes of purchasing are very transparent and efficient. Never have any sales pressure from the very beginning. If you need a new home, GO for Kelly!

We are currently at the near the end stages of our first home being built, and the people involved really make a difference in your experience. We had the amazing Jesse helping us every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable about the process, was able to give ideas and alternatives, patient and fun to work with. Marissa also helped us out but she is no longer there. She was a superstar for the same reasons.

You can get better house from other builders at that price. They haven't done rough grade it has been more than a year ago we brought the house. When you call them they just tell you to call different departments.
No one is bother to do anything employees just concerned about there salary and commissions supervisor don't want to be bothered by calls

On Aug 29 , I was told that my landscaping inspection was passed, the refund will be sent to me the next week. Until today Oct 3, I haven't received refund. For the past one month, I called /sent email 4 times, nobody can tell me why they can't release refund in ONE MONTH.

We had a very good experience with Pacesetter. Our sales team, Marissa and Colten, were very hard working, patient and kind. They didn't mind the countless times we came to the Showhome with our kids ( who they were great with) and were always ready to answer our questions. Also, they looked into any issues and concerns we had throughout the process and spoke up for us when there was a small hiccup during the build. Marissa really cares about her clients, she even puts a beautiful bow on your door for move in day!
This is the third home we have built and we know that no builder is 100% perfect but we are very happy with the service we have received from Pacesetter. When we moved in the building team, Brad and Rob, were excellent and made sure all of the items that needed to be fixed were complete within the first few days. Our 3 month warranty appointment went well and I assume we will have no issues with our 1 year warranty. We have been in our new home for 6 months and have had no major issues. We are very pleased with the quality. Only complaint was having no driveway when we moved in, which is seasonal, but was very inconvenient with 4 kids. Also, we think it's a good idea for builders to use a semi-gloss or similar in the bathrooms ( our last builder did this) as water marks show up immediately.

I like my house its beautiful house. I am happy with pacesetter.. Marissa gibel also help us and She is good person. My english is not good but she was talking with us very simple so we understand. She was very helpful to us. Thank you

We bought a show home that we really fell in love with. The area Manager in Griesbach Edmonton for Pacesetter was really awesome he made everything smooth! Jesse Richards is very knowledgeable and very helpful. It wouldn't be a success purchasing this house without him.
