I am building a new home in Glenridding Heights with Kelly Smith from Pacesetter Homes. The experience has been exceptional. Kelly is very customer service orientated and extremely fair. He is very knowledgeable which makes the process of buying a new home far easier than anticipated. He shoots straight from the hip which is one of the major reasons I chose Pacesetter. I visited many other show homes recently & felt the sales people were all about lining their own pockets rather than having the customers best interest in mind. I also feel Pacesetter builds a superior home as it has additional options and benefits that other new home builders are lacking. Thanks for the great experience. KT

This is my 2nd purchase from Pacesetter, and it was awesome, Starting with Tracey and Patrick at the sales office in Summerwood always freindly and go out of their way to give or get you answers your looking for / extremely knowledgable. And at Design Q the 2 ladies that helped from kitchen ( Cynthia ) was a pleasure to work with, definitley knows her stuff / great design sense, and ( Vicky ) was a blast, very helpfull and full of incredible ideas. Thanks ladies ! I would highly recommend looking into what Pacesetter has to offer.

I had a great experience overall and most of the credit for that goes to Tara. She was a pleasure to work with and made me feel very well taken care of and appreciated. She went out of her way several times to make sure I was accommodated and getting everything I wanted and I really felt like she took a personal interest in my project. Tara's team was very efficient and seemed to work very well together. My experience with other sales people at pacesetter (although brief) was not necessarily to my satisfaction, but Tara corrected whatever situation came up and took care of things professionally and efficiently. I feel lucky to have met her.

I was also very happy with my site supervisor Kyle. He went out of his way to keep me in the loop and send me occasional photos of my home as it was being built which was always nice to see. My cabinet designer Cynthia was also a lot of fun to work with and she seemed genuinely interested in making sure I was happy with all of my selections.

We bought our new house at Pacesetter Summerside, fantastic team they have at Summerside Community lead by Tara. We are well received and the team try to work on us all throughout the process although there may have a few bumps along the way like they could have communicate more and update there clients from time to time or they should a certain department that focused on there clients about the progression of the houses they built that could have lessen any surprises at the end. But overall we are satisfied and happy with our new house. Thanks Tara and team.

Our house was built in 2013 & we have thick ice that forms on the windows. The bedroom above the garage does not warm beyond 15 Celsius. The heating and insulation in our home is absolutely horrible. For minus 20 winters it is unbearable. We spend many nights at family members homes because our house is freezing.

The windows and doors are terrible. The cold comes in like they were tissue paper. Ice like Old windows

We had an awesome experience right from the first day when we walked into the office of pacesetter home till we bought a house from them. Super nice and co-operative staff. Would try their best to get you the deal of your lifetime. We r super satisfied customers. When considering buying a new home, I spent many hours looking at show homes and asking questions of builders. In the end I chose Pacesetter Homes, not only because of the floor plan and finishes, but because Tracy and her team in Summerwood delivered exceptional service. Thank you Tracy for your patience with all my questions and working through my many requests! Would highly recommend visiting the Pacesetter team in Summerwood if you're looking for a home.

My wife and I began looking at houses early this year. We found a awesome Pacesetter home design we both loved. Kelly from Pacesetter Homes took great care of us from start to finish. We are so blessed to have found someone like Kelly to help us through this process. We would highly recommend Kelly from Pacesetter Homes to any of our friends.

I would never purchase another home nor reccommend this company.
As suspected, once the deposit was given the care factor suddenly dropped off.
Can never get an answer to any question, eg. Asked for the manuals for the appliances belonging to the showhome we purchased in the Fort... Sales rep that we had been dealing with showed his true colors and replied " not my problem"

Update, since this review Pacesetter has gone above and beyond for us. The site super did a fantastic job of turning this into something special. The sales part was horrible, but the team after that made us confident in our our purchase...well done Andy, Courtney and Pacesetter management!!
