I hired Matt on advice from the bank, as a general contractor, to remove the old mobile home, Build a proper pad, Install pilings, attach the mobile to the pilings and hook it up to utilities. The permits took 5 months, The mobile finally was almost ready 7 months later for a 3 month max job! The mess from the piling installation, the front yard had a tree that was covered over instead of pulling it out. The sewer froze up before I could move in, Less than 8 months later the water froze up. No warranty, Can't find the contactor Matt. I still haven't received the paper work that I was promised. It cost me over 5000.00 to fix the mess in the driveway, front & back yards. I would not recommend this company to anybody for anything, the heat trace had to be reinstalled properly, Part of the plumbing had to be redone properly! Beware of hiring this contractor!

Matt was able to understand my vision and accomplish the work with minimal supervision. The finished grade works very well and provided an excellent base on which to establish the landscaping project.
