First, the main customer service agent, Tara, was awesome. She's upbeat, supportive, and responsive to criticism. Second, the movers were competent and careful. My only problem with the movers was that their English was a little lacking, so I sometimes wasn't sure that what I was communicating was effectively understood.
The move estimate was appallingly low, and if I'd had a better assessment of my needs, I would've gone with a lower, guaranteed estimate (within 10%), which isn't what Move Me Again offers. It charges by weight. But I take some responsibility for that.
Be warned that unlike most Certified Movers Association moving companies, this one isn't upfront about additional fees, such as mattress covers, TV wrapping, and careful wrapping of any other delicates. These should be assessed during the estimate, not upon arrival.
What's more, be wary of the fact that Move Me Again may sort of subcontract out to a daughter company. Our was: We were moved by Millennium Van Lines. Although they have a good reputation too, this _must_ be mentioned before the movers arrive, not be a surprise on the moving day.
Also, be aware that this company will take the contents of your home into the truck, go to the scale, and _then_ require payment before your contents are brought to your actual destination and moved in. Certified Movers Association moving companies charge _after_ final delivery; they don't hold your belongings temporarily ransom at the scales, pending approval of your payment.
This rating would have been higher if the company had been more forthright about their arguably shady policies and contract, and if those policies hadn't scared my wife and I on an already stressful day. However, it would be lower if it hadn't been for the courteous and professional movers who took excellent care of our belongings and moved everything without a scratch.
