Extremely professional. Excellent work completed according to what was outlined on the contract work was completed on a timely manner and main reason I chose GMS revos Is the reason that I could trust and the prices are reasonable.Will definitely choose them again for future reno's.

Gerhard and team did a professional and thorough job with our basement from start to finish. He was flexible in making adjustments per our requests through out the project. Overall we are highly satisfied with the excellent job he and his team did.

It was a pleasure working with Gerhard. He is very detail oriented and takes his time to do the job well. He allowed us to make changes and consulted us throughout the process. We are so happy with how the 2 bathrooms turned out. We have booked him again for our next project. Great workmanship at a reasonable price!

G is professional, kind, honest and thorough. This is my second home I’ve used him, and I will continue to use him and refer him. He does excellent work, completes everything to perfection and is clean and neat. I fully trust him, and I feel like he is family! He is wonderful and does beautiful work. I fully recommend him!

My Basement Reno is nothing short of fantastic. It was done on budget and in a timely manner. Gerhard and his staff were friendly and very easy to deal with. Well worth the money. I would recommend GSM reno's for a quality job. I will be having them back for my next project.

Pros:
- The result looks great.
- The price was very reasonable.

Cons:
- We had visitors coming to stay and it wan't done before they arrived. It
took twice as long as promised.
- They left stains on carpet, porch and driveway.
- I had to pipe the drain myself to get the vanity to fit on the wall.

We are so happy with how our Master Bath reno turned out!!
Gerhard was very attentive to our wishes and even offered up some amazing suggestions as to how we could make this space even better.
Like most renos, there were some unforeseen issues that needed to be addressed (ie. the spaghetti style plumbing and oddly placed wiring) but Gerhard was able to take care of them in a very timely and more importantly, budget-friendly way.
The final outcome has exceeded our wildest expectations and has made what once was a dreadful, unappealing room into a beautiful sanctuary that even our kids enjoy!!

Overall we are pleased with our bathroom renovation done by Gerhard and his assistant. Gerhard was a pleasure to work with and have in our home during the whole process. Always communicated with us about the schedule and showed up when he said he would. They laid out floor protector and tidied at the end of every day.
After completion we found that the grout was starting to fail around the bathtub and Gerhard returned to fix the issue promptly. Our old house presented some issues and as a result we have not yet gotten our bathroom vent installed but I am confident that Gerhard will be back to get it finished in the Spring.

GSM completed my basement Reno, living room focal wall, and painted my whole house. They are tidy, precise, professional and friendly. I am very satisfied with the finished product of all of it and my daughter loves having her very own playroom!!

I have already recommended them to others I know who are interested in doing renovation.
