It's a pleasure to be a customer of this company! They always in touch with you before and after the project with useful tips and timely notifications about service. They do excellent and conscientious job, cleaning both driveway, and entrance to home. Sometimes during strong storm they come twice. We are quite lucky to have their help!

These folks were awesome. They were straight up gave me great information follow through and send me documents they were supposed to. They were pleasant to deal with. And the prices are very reasonable. And when I need snow cleaning I will certainly call on them.

I am assuming that if you are reading reviews, you are looking for a snow removal company. I encourage you not to be misled with the 10/10 reviews that have popped up over the last several months. Customers have been invited to write a positive review in the past in exchange for a discount on the upcoming winter season. If you wish to have an accurate sense of how any snow removal service is performing, read the customer reviews/complaints AS WELL AS THE OWNER'S RESPONSES. I have never experienced a more unprofessional, dishonest, or purposefully intimidating business. I am perplexed, with today's ways and standards, how this company is still legally allowed to operate. In my experience, going with Metro will be a frustrating mistake.

I found this service very convenient, thorough and they were here within a few hours of me first contacting them. They did an excellent job of cleaning the snow from my driveway and would not hesitate to use them again. I only wish I would have known about them sooner.
