We called United Restoration Group when our sump pump failed to turn on causing the pit to overflow and flood our basement. Within an hour or two Gabor and his team were at our door...Flooring and baseboards immediately removed, fans and dehumidifier setup, disinfectant sprayed, and basement sealed off. Once everything was dry we decided to hire United to put the basement back together (they worked directly with our insurance for quoting which took some stress out of the process for us). The timing and organization of work was flawless. The repair happened fast and was top quality - Gabor made sure of this. We can’t say enough about how pleased we were with the management of the project. Gabor was available and responsive at all times (which we know from experience is rare), even working on the weekend to ensure timelines were met. Overall couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend.
