Water mark on ceiling after condo fan coil unit clean

Heating & Air Conditioning review in Toronto

First time my condo using this company to clean the fan coil units. However, water mark was found on my ceiling after they did the fan coil clean for the unit upstairs. It's been more than 2 weeks and they don't have any solution for me. Very unprofessional in terms of how they take care of the cleaning of the fan coil units and how they respond to the issues.
