Arriving on time (and a few days earlier than originally scheduled) Alex and his team worked in a professional and focused style which resonated with my work ethic.

The front line team of Ms. Tina and Ms. Victoria were polite, well informed and professional throughout.

Hot water and radiant heat are in full swing once again in East York.

i was having an issue with my boiler which i had several other hvac companies look at because i thought heating was heating but the issue was never solved then i heard the radio advertisement and figured i would give them a call the office staff was very helpful and polite and the technician was very knowledgeable and solved the issue very quickly and after this experience i highly recommend the Boiler guys

My boiler was not functioning and my house temperature had dropped drastically. I called The Boiler Guys and spoke with Valerie. She was most helpful in trying to arrange something. Rather than having to wait until Thursday, the appointed date, Alex arrived on Monday - Thanksgiving - and gave the boiler a complete overhaul. He explained and demonstrated what he'd done. My house is warming up as it should. Thank you so much. I'll be contacting you for my air conditioning.

Alex and his team were very reliable and he is knowledgeable. He came in within my budget. I will call this company again if I need maintenance or other similar services.

I contacted The Boiler Guys and Alex replied immediately; our home has a boiler system with radiators (not a forced-air furnace) and once I described the required work to be conducted which included the installation of a radiator in our home, Alex requested a photo and provided a very reasonable quote to complete the work. Once on site, he diligently conducted the work and inspected the other radiators in the home to ensure that they were functioning properly. He was available to conduct the work in the evening and while on site, he discovered a minor deficiency in the boiler which he quickly corrected at no extra charge (I had this same boiler inspected two months prior to Alex's visit and that firm did not thoroughly complete the inspection). There were no extra charges or hidden fees and the work was conducted in a professional manner at a very reasonable cost, especially for the time spent on site by the technician. I will only be using this firm for HVAC work going forward. Thank you Alex for the great service!
