Electronic Retailers review in

Warranty work on High End AV receiver. Poor customer service, don't communicate with customer or retailer from where item was sent for repair. Took 5 weeks to repair to wait for part. Won't send back to me due to misplaced invoice, only sent retailer an email requesting new invoice. Unacceptable customer service. I hope I'm never forced to have them repair anything of mine.
