After about 8 months my LG dryer was making a loud buzzing noise when it first started up. LG recommended this company for the warranty work. After three visits and multiple parts installed on the dryer the noise was as bad as ever and after the third visit I noticed it was making a a kind of rubbing noise that was not there before. I called Southland to see if I could have another tech look at the problem as the guy they were sending was obviously not fixing the problem and was creating new ones. He then accused me of saying the technician was deliberately creating the problem, which I did not. Long story short, I called LG and they will be sending out another company to try and fix the problem and they apologized for the poor service.
