Hello Rahim as I explained in your 2 nasty google reviews you were not overcharged your bill was a total of 571.23 this included 2 callouts fees and Parts and 1 hr of labour at a reduced rate. I reduced it only because we have done lots of work for you in the past. You could have avoided the second call and replaced your thermostat yourself as the tech mentioned it would be a good idea to change it on the first visit. I am looking at your reviews that you had left on google for other companies. Apparently you don't like HVAC companies as from what I can see you have bad things to say about the other company you had do work for you.
Note this customer has not paid his bill!! Tried to contact him and he will not answer!!
