Had water in my basement. Terry promptly responded to my call and came over within 24 hours to assess the situation. Terry and his crew installed back water pumps and did a great job. Most important is the customer service I received. I find Terry to be very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and always returns calls in a timely manner. He is very hard working and customer focused. It was a pleasure dealing with him.
