We recently purchased a new home in Toronto and during heavy snow melt quickly realized our foundation had an unexpected leak. We did numerous google searches and called a number of waterproofing companies. Terry was the first to respond and promptly show up for an appointment. He was very professional and his explanations were both logical and in-line with expectation from research online and discussions with friends/family. As context, we noticed mold on our basement carpet a few weeks ago and quickly realized we had a leak in one of our exterior-facing walls. We have young children so we needed to get this fixed as soon as possible. After we used a specialist to remove the mold from our basement, we then needed to identify a specialist to waterproof the interior wall of our basement.

Simply put, we made the right choice to work with Terry and his team (Paco, Dushan) as our overall experience was excellent, starting with Terry's initial visit to give us an estimate, to scheduling and completing the job in less than one day, to facilitating a government rebate for a portion of the work. While we did compare Terry's estimate to three other estimates, we decided to go with Terry because he provided an estimate on the same day, his price was competitive, he was available to quickly complete the job, the quality of his previous work (and ours) was excellent and he provided a written 25-year warranty that is transferrable should we decide to sell our house. There was some water leaking into our basement from the backyard as the snow thawed. Terry was fast to respond when I contacted. He came by and walked me through options and gave me quotes on the spot. The pricing was better than other quotes I received and the work was completed professionally over a weekend. Terry came and assessed my properly to find the issue and offer a quote. He was able to locate the issue and offer his recommendation quickly and accurately. Upon starting work, the issue became more complex than just fixing the foundation and a sump pump was needed due to a constant water build up. New weeping tile was installed inside and out, foundation cracks were repaired. New barriers were put up inside and outside, and a sump pump installed. The work was all clean and complete in 2 days.

Contacted Terry once we noticed a leak in my basement due to recent rains. Very professional and easy to communicate with. Terry came out for an inspection and highlighted the exact areas that needed work. Drafted a quote for the job and was very prompt in addressing any concerns and issues we had. On the day of the job, the guys were just as professional as Terry and did an amazing job. Cleaned up really well afterwards, even managed to salvage good existing insulation from the walls for me to use later. Can't recommend these guys enough. The day after we had very warm weather and there was a massive snow melt, I discovered water seeping into my basement from what I thought was a sealed door. Turns out, there was a stairway behind that door leading up to my backyard that had lost its seal and melting water was coming down the stairs. The joys of living in a 100 year old house I guess. Terry was able to come out that day to take a look (when I know there was widespread flooding throughout the city because of the melt) and he was able to book me in for a repair the following week. I am beyond grateful for his knowledge, skill, and just the fact he could get me in so quickly- the water was pooling under my furnace so it was not a good situation. His prices are more than fair. I will absolutely use them in the future to waterproof my basement and install a sump pump- highly recommend this company and especially Terry. Thank you!
