I had a bizarre furnace issue and had never used HomeStars. I put in the description to my problem and a few services contacted me but Sean was the only repair person who actually called and spoke to me directly. He was prompt and courteous (always nice) as well as professional and casual at the same time. I like it when people explain what they're doing and this was no exception.

All in all it was a positive experience and I would pass on his information to anyone who would need it.

First off, Sean was super responsive and friendly. He came and quoted me quickly for what I needed. He let me know everything that I had questions about and I could tell he genuinely cared.

Great communication about scheduling, and was very understanding when I needed to postpone for personal reasons. Once we were able to go ahead with the service it was quick and effortless on my part.

The job was done very well, considering that my house does have some hiccups. Very happy with my kitchen fan which needed replacing and proper venting. We also had a basement bathroom vented and I look forward to finishing that reno knowing the ductwork is in place.

Sean and Jack put a 2.5 ton Napoleon Air conditioner and we a super happy with the install. Im hoping to get my furnace replaced by them in the future.
