Taha and his team responded promptly, professionally and comprehensively to our call about our mice problem. He came to the house on a Saturday, within 24 hours of our call, and clearly diagnosed the problem and explained the solution. Rates were reasonable and competitive, and included cleaning up mice droppings and loose poison that we had already put down. Within days all the mice were gone. He returned in a month to check and fill up the bait containers, and our package allows us to call on him over the next 12 months if the mice return. All in all, a calm and professional response to an upsetting problem.

I read the homestars reviews and contacted contact right away. The reviews were right. they came right away. For 200 dollars they took at look in my basement and confirmed what i already knew -- i had a rat(s). They gave me 4 snap traps (value of about 20 bucks) and left about 15 min later. They did say, that they preferred to put out poison and could give me a 6 month guarantee for another 150 bucks. I can't use poison because i have pets. I have had the traps out for 6 weeks and nothing. I don't know what to do. I will be calling other exterminators for further advice. They were however, very friendly and seemed to want to help. But didn't. i guess you can't catch a rat without poison. i wish i knew that before spending 200 bucks.

I had a black hornet problem, huge nest, as well as a wasp nest. I contected the company, i explained the problem. Two hours later the guys came. They were knowledgeable, fast and nice. They removed the black hornet nest as well as sprayed the enterens where the wasps were comig in. Good job , thank u.

They arrived promptly on time. I showed them the location of the where we had uncovered the nest of ants which were eating away at our deck steps.
They sprayed that area as well as the entire deck.
We also had the entire house sprayed inside and out to make sure.
I was impressed with my initial phone call as Taha explained that even though they were found on the outside of the house, carpenter ants are invasive and can left unchecked attack the structure of the house. Most other companies just gave a price to spray the area that was affected.
They were polite, explained that if we saw activity to call and they would come and re-spray right away.
They also recommended getting the house sprayed inside and out every year to ensure that are kept in check.

Tata responded quickly to my request for his services. he was very professional in his introduction. . He explained each step of the process and pointed out the various areas that might need extra attention. He sprayed all of the suspect areas outside and he cautiously sprayed inside the house. he advised me as to what might or could happen within the next o month. I highly recommend CONTACT PEST CONTROL to anyone, including residential properties and businesses. I was very frustrated with the infestation of mice in my property. I called Taha, the owner of CONTACT PEST CONTROL, and he came to my house within a couple of hours. I had already called another company but they failed to realize how serious the problem was. They just through some poison around the house but it did not solve the problem, even after a week. I was looking for quick results as my tenants were getting frustrated and calling me very late at night which in turn was frustrating me. When Taha came to my house I knew immediately that I was dealing with a true professional. He owns the company so he takes pride in his work.
